Our Works

Since its founding The Knights of Columbus primary purpose was to serve as a charity based originization. Over 130 years later that core belief of ours still holds true. We conduct Programs in 4 distinct areas:

  • Faith
  • Family
  • Community
  • Life

The St. Agnes Knights are actively involved in each of these program areas.

Hall Renovations

During this time of Covid we are taking the opportunity to continue our renovations. A special thank you to Larry M. and David R. for spearheading most of these changes. Here are a few pictures of our renovations of late:

Keep Christ in Christmas  Each year, the Council celebrates the reason for the season, with an art contest with elementary and middle school students from our parishes to showcase their artistic talent and Christmas spirit.

Consecration of the Holy Family  As Catholics, we celebrate and pray for the Holy Family, on the Sunday following Christmas. This year, prayer cards were distributed at masses during Holy Week and families were encouraged to pray together to connect with Jesus, Mary and Joseph as a model for spirituality in our lives.

Family of the Month  Several times a year, when a month has a 5th Sunday, the Knights recognize an outstanding family that has contributed to their parish and has exemplified Catholic faith and formation in their acts and deeds. On January 31st, we recognized the Bianco family of St. Agnes. The next celebration will be May 30.

Food for Families  As part of our outreach, the Knights support families who are in needs of our assistance for nourishment. The Knights support Grassroots Crisis Intervention to feed its patrons.

Feeding Our Community Several times we get together to cook meals for community shelters and soup kitchens. To date we have prepared thousands of meals.

Supporting our scouts

The council has supported Cub Scout pack 456 pinewood derby.
